The rooftop bar offered fine views of the city.
The breakfast area was often chaotic with too few staff attending to guests.

The rooms are soundproof with amazing bathrooms and have a great interior. This place is in a marvellous and unbeatable location close to the canal. And it's nestled in a new building so close to the center of Copenhagen, and the centre.

My superior queen room with a double bed, couches, as for instance was updated. Location in the centre of the city was a plus

Well-equipped fitness center.
The service was subpar at check-in, as I was not offered help with my luggage, made things difficult for me, especially with two small children. The room wasn't ready on time, forcing us to leave the front area with our kids while we waited in frustration.

The breathtaking view of the canal from our room added a special touch to our stay, complemented by a mouthwatering breakfast with endless options that started our days perfectly.

Great spot in Copenhagen!
We had a fun 3-night stay with the kids! The location is a total win, super close to Tivoli and the harbor. Breakfast was more than enough, love those ginger shots! The hotel looks fab, and everything worked flawlessly. Only hiccup was the gym. It was small and kinda busy. But we enjoyed game nights in the lobby!

great location and spacious rooms but some breakfast oddities
The room I received was spacious compared to other standard rooms. The modern decor and high-quality coffee from the Espresso House were excellent.
Some surprises at breakfast could be better addressed.

The air conditioning in my room was a hassle. It ran constantly, and the temperature control didn't really work as expected. Breakfast was a mini-madness. With crowds packing the area, finding a table reminded me of a mission. I often had to deal with limited food options since fruit designs from previous hotels were a lot better. Plus, the swimming pool and sauna access came at an extra price. Minor cleanliness issues, like an unemptied trash bin, were minor hiccups too. Some adjustments could really elevate the experience.

Great modern vibe, but service was lacking despite high prices. Free wi-fi helped.

The Twin Room was decent but nothing too special. It had a nice, modern design and was clean, which I appreciated. The bed was comfy enough for me to get some good sleep. Cool feature, I could connect my Netflix to the TV, a plus. Breakfast had its highlights with a good variety, but the dining area felt a bit crowded during peak times. It did the job for my stay.
